Research on the Professional Development Monitoring and Evaluation System for Young Teachers in Regional Areas
The professional development of young teachers is the cornerstone of high-quality development in regional education,and monitoring and evaluation are important tools to guide and test their professional growth.The new era of educational evaluation reform has put forward new requirements for teacher evaluation.However,the current evaluation systems often have issues such as misguided value orientation,singular subjects,and rigid content,which prevent the effective functioning of evaluation.Therefore,this study first positions the value based on theories such as comprehensive human development and uses the CIPP evaluation model to formulate an indicator framework.Then,the study designs the evaluation system's subjects and objects,and continuously completes the system research during its implementation and application,aiming to promote the development of young teachers through evaluation and serve the high-quality development of regional education.
