本文针对平板状建筑保温隔热材料导热系数常用检测方法防护热板法GB/T10294-2008从方法测试原理出发全面分析设备相关因素对检测结果的影响,得出设备影响因素主要为设备结构、加热功率、计量面积、夹紧力、设备计量、维护保养等多方面,并对影响结果的原理进行了分析和指标量化.
Analysis of Factors Affecting the Thermal Conductivity Test Results of Building Insulation Materials
This article focuses on the commonly used detection method for thermal conductivity of flat building insulation materials,the guarded hot plate method GB/T10294-2008.Starting from the principle of method testing,it comprehensively analyzes the influence of equipment related factors on the detection results.It is concluded that the main factors affecting the equipment are equipment structure,heating power,measuring area,clamping force,equipment measurement,maintenance and other aspects.The principle of affecting the results is analyzed and the in-dicators are quantified.
