深水中大桩径钻孔灌注桩施工时存在护筒定位难、含沙量大、灌注质量控制难等问题.为有效管控桩基施工质量,以韩江东特大桥主汊桥左幅18号主墩钢管复合桩施工为背景,阐述了项目特征和具体施工工艺,采用的主要施工方法有以导向架和管内浮球检测法来定位深水中的钢护筒,以气举反循环和泥浆分离器来清孔,以拔球法和桩头超灌来灌注混凝土.保证了深水中大桩径钻孔灌注桩的成桩质量检测均为Ι类桩.同时,分析了钻孔灌注施工中关键工序的质量控制措施,对施工质量实现了有效管控,可为类似工程的施工质量控制提供参考.
Analysis on Construction Process and Quality Control of Drilling and Perfusion of Steel Pipe Composite Pile with Large Pile Diameter in Water
There are some problems in the construction of large-diameter bored pile in deep water,such as diffi-cult to locate the protection cylinder,large sand content and difficult to control the quality of pile foundation.In order to effectively control the construction quality of pile foundation,based on the construction of steel tube composite pile for No.18 main pier of main branch Bridge of Hanjiang East Bridge,the project features and specific construction techniques were described.The main construction methods adopted include guiding frame and floating ball detection in the tube to locate the steel shield in deep water,air lift reverse circulation and mud separator to clear the hole,and ball pulling method and pile head overirrigation to inject concrete.It ensures that the pile quality inspection of deep-water large-diameter bored pile is class Ⅰ pile.At the same time,the quality control measures of key processes in drilling and filling construction are analyzed,and the effective control of construc-tion quality was realized,which can provide reference for the construction quality control of similar projects.
