Treatment Effect and Discussion of CFG Short Piles in Treating Soft Foundation
CFG pile composite foundation is a common soft foundation treatment method in engineering,but the shorter CFG pile is rarely used.In this paper,a soft foundation around a mountain in Huangpu District of Guangzhou is taken as the test area,and the plate load test is mainly carried out on CFG pile composite foundation with dif-ferent pile lengths.The results show that the maximum utilization length is 3.0m～3.5m for the length of CFG pile within 5m.At the same time,the treatment effect is worse when the CFG pile length is less than the Z0 and the elastic modulus of the soil on the side of the pile is much less than the CFG pile with the load borne in the com-posite foundation.
