公路在役桥梁更换上部结构关键技术研究与实践

近年来,随着我国交通基础建设的飞速发展,在役公路桥梁维修和改造需求也随之增加,而在役公路桥梁面临着交通量不断上升、改造限制条件逐日增加的难题,经济、高效、绿色、环保的改造方案成为在役公路危旧桥梁改造的核心.本文结合工程实例,考虑原桥结构特点,对上部结构选型、下部结构利用进行了系统论述,充分利用UHPC结合桥面板组合梁施工便捷高效的特点实现了桥梁上部结构的快速更换,并用荷载试验对结构进行了安全性能验证,试验结果表明结构的静、动载受力性能良好.
Research and Practice on Key Technology of Replacing Superstructure of Highway In-service Bridges
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's transportation infrastructure,the demand for in-service highway bridge repair and renovation has also increased,while in-service highway bridges are facing the problem of rising traffic volume and increasing renovation constraints day by day,and economic,efficient,green and environmentally friendly renovation solutions have become the core of in-service highway dilapidated bridge renovation.This paper combines engineering examples,considering the structural characteristics of the original bridge,the selection of the superstructure,substructure utilization of a systematic discussion,making full use of UHPC combined with the deck plate combination beam construction convenient and efficient to achieve the rapid re-placement of the bridge superstructure,and load test on the structure of the safety performance verification,the test results show that the structure of the static and dynamic load capacity performance is good.
