为提高高速公路施工效率与施工质量,研究预制混凝土连续梁预应力智能张拉施工技术.在所选高速公路桥梁工程上定位预应力筋位置并安装钢绞线,同时计算钢绞线张拉力伸长量,结合计算结果设置钢绞线张拉参数;构建预应力智能张拉系统,在该系统内控制张拉设备,实现多千斤顶同步张拉,从而完成连续梁预应力张拉施工.经实验分析可知:相较于传统人工张拉方式,该智能张拉技术可有效降低张拉过程中的伸长量偏差.
Analysis of Intelligent Tensioning Construction Technology for Precast Concrete Continuous Beams in Expressway Engineering
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of expressway construction,the intelligent prestressing and tensioning construction technology of precast concrete continuous beams was studied.Position the prestressed steel bars on the selected expressway bridge project and install steel strands,while calculating the elongation of the steel strands and setting the tension parameters based on the calculation results;A prestressed intelligent tensioning system was conducted,within which the tensioning equipment was controlled,to achieve synchronous ten-sioning of multiple jacks,and thus complete the construction of continuous beam prestressed tensioning.Experimen-tal analysis shows that compared to traditional manual tensioning methods,and this intelligent tensioning technol-ogy can effectively reduce the deviation of elongation during the tensioning process.
