双薄壁墩特大连续刚构桥挂篮施工关键技术研究

双薄壁支墩连续刚构桥具有自重轻,结构强度大等优点,但由于桥墩普遍较高,作业界面小等技术难点,使得施工难度较大,本研究基于某双薄壁特大连续T型刚构桥挂篮施工,对该类桥型的挂篮施工关键技术进行优化,通过对挂篮系统施工、模版工程、混凝土工程进行优化,并对桥梁线型监测控制.研究表明:该关键优化方案克服了支墩高,施工难度大,受力不利及作业面积小的难题,并保证桥梁的合理线型,并保证了桥梁的顺利安全推进.同时,该关键施工技术验证了该方法的有效性及可靠性,对于双薄壁连续刚构桥的挂篮施工具有较大的借鉴及实践意义.
Study on Key Techniques for Hanging Basket Construction of Extra Large Con-tinuous Rigid Frame Bridge with Double Thin-walled Piers
The continuous rigid frame bridge with double thin-walled piers has advantages such as light weight and high structural strength.However,due to technical difficulties such as generally high piers and small operating interfaces,the construction is more difficult.This study is based on the hanging basket construction of a double thin-walled super large continuous T-shaped rigid frame bridge,and optimizes the key technology of hanging basket construction for this type of bridge.By optimizing the construction of hanging basket system,template engineering,concrete engineering,and monitoring and controlling the bridge line shape.The research shows that this key optimi-zation scheme overcomes the problems of high piers,high construction difficulty,unfavorable stress,and small op-erating area,and ensures the reasonable linear shape of the bridge,as well as the smooth and safe progress of the bridge.At the same time,the key construction technology has verified the effectiveness and reliability of this method,which has significant reference and practical significance for the hanging basket construction of double thin-walled continuous rigid frame bridges.
