摘要

桥梁挂篮悬浇施工技术是一种用于桥梁施工的先进方法,主要适用于大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥.该技术通过在桥墩顶部设置挂篮,将混凝土在悬臂状态下逐段浇筑和张拉,使桥梁结构逐渐向中跨合龙.桥梁挂篮悬浇施工技术在现代桥梁建设中广泛应用,尤其适用于跨越宽阔水域和深谷的桥梁建设,具有显著的经济和技术优势.本文以扬州江平东路东延涉铁应急工程中1#~16#节段的挂篮悬浇施工为实证研究对象,深入剖析了挂篮悬浇施工的技术流程,计算了施工过程中挂篮构件的强度刚度与抗倾覆性能.通过本研究,旨在为类似工程项目提供技术经济层面的有益参考和借鉴.

Abstract

Bridge hanging basket cantilever construction technology is an advanced method used for bridge con-struction,mainly suitable for large-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges.This technology involves setting up hanging baskets at the top of bridge piers,incrementally casting and tensioning the concrete in a canti-levered state,which allows the bridge structure to gradually merge towards the mid-span.This construction method is widely applied in modern bridge building,especially for bridges spanning wide bodies of water and deep valleys,offering significant economic and technical advantages.This paper takes the hanging basket cantilever construction of segments 1#to 16#in the Yangzhou Jiangping East Road East Extension Railway-related Emergency Project as an em-pirical research object.It deeply analyzes the technical processes of hanging basket cantilever construction and calculates the strength,stiffness,and anti-overturning performance of the hanging basket components during the construction process.Through this research,the aim is to provide valuable technical and economic references and insights for similar engineering projects.
