摘要

为研究市政工程技术中的双向水泥搅拌桩施工技术在软土地基加固中的应用效果,文章以某滨海地区道路工程为例,分析了施工工艺参数的设定及其对地基加固效果的影响.通过详细的施工步骤和现场沉降监测,结果指出,合理的浆液配置和精确的桩位标定是保证桩体均匀性和地基稳定性的关键因素.同时,沉降监测数据表明,经过双向水泥搅拌桩加固的地基在112天后基本稳定,最大沉降值为43.2mm,低于设计标准50cm;最大水平位移和垂直位移分别为0.06mm和0.22mm,均在允许范围内.说明该技术在提高地基承载力和减少沉降方面具有显著效果.

Abstract

In order to study the application effect of bidirectional cement mixing pile construction technology in municipal engineering technology in soft soil foundation reinforcement,this paper analyzes the example of the set-ting of construction process parameters and its influence on the effect of foundation reinforcement.Through de-tailed construction steps and site settlement monitoring,it is pointed out that reasonable slurry configuration and precise pile position calibration are the key factors to ensure the uniformity of pile body and foundation stabil-ity.At the same time,the settlement monitoring data shows that the foundation reinforced by bidirectional cement mixing pile is basically stable after 112 days,and the maximum settlement value is 43.2 mm,50 cm below the design standard;The maximum horizontal and vertical displacement are 0.06 mm and 0.22 mm respectively,both within the al-lowable range.It shows that the technology has a significant effect in improving the bearing capacity of the foun-dation and reducing the settlement.
