钻孔工程护壁泥浆是孔壁稳定和避免地层塌陷的重要材料.本综述对护壁泥浆的研究进展进行了概括和总结.首先介绍了护壁泥浆的定义、作用和应用范围,然后分析了泥浆成分、性能及其对护壁效果的影响.综述了不同类型的护壁泥浆,包括水基、聚合物、膨润土和聚合物改性泥浆,并对其特点和应用进行了比较.此外,还探讨了护壁泥浆的性能评价和优化策略.最后,指出了当前研究中存在的问题和未来的发展方向,以促进护壁泥浆在钻孔工程中的应用和技术进步.
Abstract
The retaining mud is an important material for stabilizing the hole wall and avoiding formation collapse in drilling engineering.This review summarizes the research progress of retaining mud.Firstly,the definition,function and application scope of retaining mud are introduced,and then the mud composition,performance and its influence on the effect of retaining wall are analyzed.Different types of retaining muds,including water-based,polymer,bentonite and polymer-modified muds,were reviewed,and their characteristics and applications were com-pared.In addition,the performance evaluation and optimization strategies of retaining mud are discussed.Finally,the problems and future development directions of the current research are pointed out to promote the application and technological progress of retaining mud in drilling engineering.
