数智融合驱动下"工匠之师"培育质量的提升策略研究

通过采用调查研究法,从素质能力、课程与培训情况、实践环境状况、实践活动方式及考核评价形式等方面设计数智融合背景下"工匠之师"培育现状的调查问卷,调研结果显示"工匠之师"在专业知识、数智技术应用知识、教学技能、专业技能、研究能力等方面掌握程度欠佳,指导实践及参与实践的频率低,尚未具备较好的职业精神.针对上述现状,提出数智融合背景下"工匠之师"要提升培育质量的六种方式,并以"工匠之师"的教学技能和专业技能为例,构建了数智技术支持下提高"工匠之师"培育质量的实践框架.
Research on Strategies for Improving the Quality of"Master Craftsman"Cultivation Driven by the Integration of Data and Intelligence
This study employs a survey research method to design a questionnaire on the current status of"Master Craftsman"cultivation under the background of the integration of data and intelligence,covering aspects such as quality capabilities,curriculum and training conditions,practical environment,practical activities,and assessment forms.The research results indicate that"Master Craftsman"exhibits insufficient mastery in areas including professional knowledge,application smart technology knowledge,teaching skills,professional skills,and research abilities.Moreover,the frequency of guidance in practice and participation in practical activities is low,and a satisfactory level of professional ethics has not yet been achieved.In response to the above situation,the study proposes six methods to enhance the quality of"Master Craftsman"cultivation under the background of the integration of data and intelligence.Taking the teaching skills and professional skills of"Master Craftsman"as examples,a practical framework supported by smart technology is constructed to improve the quality of"Master Craftsman"cultivation.
