Study on the Evaluation and Influencing Factors of High-Quality Development of Ecology-Culture-Tourism in Coastal Counties
The eastern coastal counties of China are relatively developed economically, and they are also ecological sensitive areas and demonstration zones for the integration of culture and tourism. They are at the forefront of efforts to pursue high-quality development. This study attempts to construct a high-quality development system for ecology-culture-tourism.It selects 79 coastal counties with well-developed cultural tourism and employs methods such as network hierarchical analysis, spatial autocorrelation, coupling coordination degree, and the Solow growth model to measure the high-quality development of ecology-culture-tourism in China's coastal counties and explore its main influencing factors. The results indicate that the highest evaluation values for high-quality development of ecology-culture-tourism are found in the counties of Tianjin,Shanghai,Zhejiang, and Shandong, accounting for 16.46%.Regardless of whether at the county or city level, there is no spatial autocorrelation in the evaluation values for high-quality development of ecology-culture-tourism in coastal counties, indicating that there is currently no clustering characteristic. The average evaluation value for high-quality development of ecology-culture-tourism is higher than that of high-quality economic development. The long-tail characteristic of both ecology-culture-tourism and high-quality economic development is quite evident, and the coupling coordination degree is in a state of moderate imbalance. In addition to county resources such as labor quantity, land area, and aquatic product output, the evaluation value of high-quality economic development, total capital, and technological progress have a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of ecology-culture-tourism in counties. When the ratio of these factors is approximately 0.5,the evaluation value for high-quality development of ecology-culture-tourism in that county will reach its maximum.
