Teaching Reform and Practice in Secondary Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Integrating"Jobs,Courses,Competitions,and Certificates":Taking the Course"Inspection and Maintenance of New Energy Vehicle High-Voltage Systems"as an Example
In response to the current issue of insufficient alignment between vocational skills and capabilities with enterprise job requirements,many vocational schools are actively exploring the implementation of an integrated"jobs,courses,competitions,and certificates"education model.Based on thorough research into the competency requirements of enterprise positions,analysis of domestic skills competition content,and X certificate assessment content,this paper proposes several approaches to achieve integrated teaching of"jobs,courses,competitions,and certificates."These include defining courses according to job positions,optimizing course content based on job competency requirements,promoting teaching reform through competitions,and integrating course content with skill certificate content.These methods have been implemented in classroom practice with positive teaching outcomes.The results of the practice indicate that the integrated"jobs,courses,competitions,and certificates"teaching model can lead professional teaching reform,promote vocational education teaching reform and innovation,and thereby improve the quality of skilled talent cultivation in vocational schools.
