Course Reform and Practice of"Sensors and Detection Technology"from the Perspective of Engineering Education Accreditation
"Sensors and Detection Technology"is one of the core courses in the electrical engineering program, emphasizing the integration of theory and practice. The practical teaching component is a significant challenge in this course.Taking the Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments major as an example, the core philosophy of engineering education accreditation requires the reconstruction of the curriculum teaching system. The curriculum teaching is divided into theoretical teaching, which includes lectures and design reports, and practical teaching, which integrates subject competitions. The implementation results over the past four years show that in the organization and implementation of practical teaching based on the CDIO(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate)concept and integrated with subject competitions, students have deepened their understanding of theoretical knowledge, enhanced their ability to solve engineering problems related to detection, and improved their engineering practice skills.
