Opportunities,Values,and Pathways of Folk Sports in Assisting Rural Revitalization in the New Era
This paper employs literature review,logical analysis,and interview methods to explore the opportunities,values,and pathways of folk sports in promoting rural revitalization.Opportunities for folk sports to promote rural revitalization:Chinese-style modernization points out a new direction for integrating folk sports into rural revitalization;national top-level design offers new positioning for folk sports in rural revitalization;the strategies of building a sports power and a healthy China inject new vitality into the integration of folk sports with rural revitalization.Values:Empowering and contributing to prosperous rural industries,ecological livability,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and improved living standards.Pathways:Relying on the prosperity of rural industries to promote the high-quality integrated development of folk sports industry;using ecological livability in rural areas as a focus to create a green development pathway for folk sports;leading with civilized rural customs to activate the cultural heritage and memory of folk sports;ensuring effective rural governance to enhance the integration and innovation of the governance system for folk sports;pursuing prosperous rural life to improve the building of folk sports service supply and demand.
