基于小波变换的X射线数字图像焊缝缺陷边缘检测

在数字化射线检测中,为了更好地对焊缝图像缺陷边缘进行检测,提出一种基于小波变换的处理方法。根据X射线数字图像的特点,基于MATLAB R2012a设计了一套完整的焊接缺陷边缘检测流程,可应用于随机选取的数字化射线检测影像。该方法具有较强的去噪效果,同时具备很好的连续性,通过试验证实了该算法的可行性,与其他边缘检测算子进行比较得到较好的试验结果。
X-ray Digital Image of Weld Defect Based on Wavelet Transform Edge Detection
In the digital-ray detection, in order to better detect weld image defect edge,method based on wavelet transform processing was proposed. According to the characteristic of X-ray digital image, based on MATLAB R2012a,a complete set of welding defect edge detection process was designed which can be applied to randomly selected digital images ray detector, which has strong de-noising effect, along with good continuity. The feasibility of the algorithm was confirmed through tests, and better test results were gotten compared with other edge detection operators.
