长庆油田某加剂页岩油管道的停输再启动研究

文中首先分析了长庆油田某页岩油的密度、比热容等基本物性,然后对降凝剂加剂条件进行了优化,确定了最优热处理温度和加剂浓度,最后基于页岩油管线的基本设计条件,通过SPS软件开展了不同季节、不同输量条件下管道的停输温降和再启动模拟研究.研究结果表明:该页岩油对降凝剂具有良好的感受性,最优热处理温度为50℃、最优加剂浓度为 20 ppm,且在冬春季和夏秋季各输量条件下停输100 h后均能成功实现再启动,对页岩油管道的安全保障具有重要意义.
Research on Shutdown and Restart of Doped Shale Oil Pipeline in Changqing Oil Field
The basic physical properties such as density and heat capacity of a shale oil in Changqing oil field was analyzed firstly.Then the adding condition of the depressant was optimized.And the optimal heat treatment temperature and dosing concen-tration was determined.Finally,based on the basic design conditions of shale oil pipelines,SPS software was used to carry out the simulation research on the shutdown temperature drop and restart of pipelines under different seasons and different flow conditions.The research results show that the shale oil has excellent perceptibility to the PPD,and the optimal heat treatment temperature is 50℃and the optimal dosing concentration is 20 ppm.Meanwhile,the pipeline can be restarted successfully after 100 h stoppage under different transport volume in both winter and summer,which is of great significance to the security of shale oil pipeline.
