针对以往多重增强钢塑复合压力管切割工作效率低、切面不平整的问题,设计了一款定长切割系统.使用PLC控制电机驱动,介绍了系统的机械结构以及触摸屏界面的设计.运用传感器对输入信号进行转换,PLC控制各个部分的电机,实现各功能模块的控制管理.工程的前期调试以及后续投入生产表明:此切割锯运行平稳,切口平整,设计合理,可单机操作也可联机操作,实现手动切割和自动化定长切割,满足使用要求.
Electrical Control Design of Winding Pipe Cutting Saw Based on PLC
In view of the problems of low cutting efficiency and uneven cutting surface of multiple reinforced steel-plastic composite pressure pipes,this paper designed a fixed-length cutting system.Using PLC to control the motor drive,this article introduced the mechanical structure of this system and the design of the touch screen interface.The sensor was used to convert the input signals,and the PLC controlled the motor of each part to realize the control and management of each functional module.The pre-commissioning of the project and the practical application in the later stage show that this cutting saw runs smoothly and the cut is flat,the system is reasonably designed and can be operated independently or online,realizing manual cutting and auto-matic fixed-length cutting,which meets the requirements of use.
