Analysis of Vibration Characteristics of 90° Bent Pipe Structure in Gas Transmission Station Yard
The problem of excessive vibration of pipelines in the gas transmission yard poses a major threat to the safe opera-tion of the pipeline, and if it is not handled properly,it will cause huge losses to the production of the station. Therefore, this paper selected the common 90° bend structure for research. The mode analysis and harmonic response analysis were used to ob-tain the frequency displacement curves of the first six natural frequencies, mode shapes and the X,Y and Z directions of the el-bow,respectively.The results show that when the excitation force frequency is close to the natural frequency of five and six order of the pipeline, the pipe vibration intensified, that is,the displacement was the largest when resonance occurred. On this basis, vibration damping measures are proposed, clamps are set at both ends of the elbow to fix the constraints on the pipeline, and the frequency displacement curve at the elbow is simulated. It is found that the natural frequency of each order increases significantly after increasing the constraint, and the vibration displacement in all directions is weakened, which has an obvious damping effect.
