Research on Influencing Factors and Calculation Methods of Liquid Loading in Daniudi Gas Field Pipelines
The calculation of the amount of liquid loading in the long-distance pipeline is complicated.Therefore,the OLGA software simulation was used to study the influence degree of each factor on the liquid loading,and the correlation degree between each factor and the liquid loading was analyzed by the gray correlation analysis,so as to simplify the calculation factors of the liquid loading.The results show that the correlation with the liquid loading was the initial pressure difference,the incoming pressure,the gas delivery volume,and the ambient temperature.The liquid loading decreased with the increase of the gas delivery volume and ambient temperature,and increased with the increase of the incoming pressure and the initial pressure difference.It is proposed to use the amount of liquid loading per unit pressure difference corresponding to different gas transmission volumes to calculate the pipeline liquid loading.The formula for calculating the liquid loading was fitted through the historical pigging data of the Daniudi gas field and applied in the on-site pigging operation,which shows good convenience and accuracy.
