基于CFD的变径三通管道流量分配特性研究

三通管道在液体输送和分配中起到重要作用.文中基于计算流体动力学方法,对具有变径特征的三通管道流量分配特性开展系统性研究,主要分析入口流速、主路出口和入口面积比、支路与主路夹角,对支路和主路出口处液体流量比的影响规律.结果表明:文中研究的参数对于三通管道流体分配具有显著影响作用,但随着参数值的增大,影响效果均逐渐减小.所得结论可为三通管道的结构设计和入口流速设定提供一定的参考作用.
CFD-based Investigation on Characteristics of Flow Distribution of Variable-diameter Three-way Pipe
Three-way pipe plays a significant role in liquid transportation and distribution.Based on the CFD method,this paper conducted a systematic investigation on the flow distribution characteristics of variable-diameter three-way pipe.The main analysis focused on the influence of inlet flow velocity,area ratio of outlet and inlet on the main road,angle between branch and main roads,and the ration of liquid flow rate at the branch and main outlets.The results indicate that the parameters studied in the paper have a significant effect on the fluid distribution in three-way pipes,but the effect gradually decreases with the increased parameter values.The conclusions obtained can provide certain reference for the structural design and inlet flow velocity setting of three-way pipes.
