高速飞车全称为超高速低真空管道磁悬浮交通系统.为了研制符合高速飞车真空异形截面管道系统要求的异形截面膨胀节,采用创新计算方法和结构设计,并对样件进行试验.通过试验验证,结果表明异形截面膨胀节的密封性、疲劳寿命等设计参数满足技术指标要求.异形截面膨胀节的成功研制,解决了高速飞车真空管道的密封连接与柔性问题,保障了高速飞车总体项目的稳步推进.
Design and Manufacture of Special-shaped Section Expansion Joint for Vacuum Pipe of High-speed Flying Vehicle
The full name of high-speed flying car is ultra-high-speed low vacuum tube maglev transportation system.In or-der to develop a special-shaped section expansion joint that meets the requirements of the high-speed vehicle vacuum pipeline sys-tem,innovative calculation methods and structural design were adopted,and tests were conducted on the exemplar.Through test verification,the results verifies that the design parameters of the expansion joint,including its sealing properties,and fatigue life,meet the technical specifications.The successful development of the special-shaped section expansion joint solves the con-nection and flexibility issues of the vacuum tube for high-speed vehicles,ensuring the steady progress of the overall high-speed vehicle project.
