摘要

为研究输气管道超量放空的流动状态、噪声、放空反力、低温工况,保证放空作业安全可靠,文中采用OLGA软件建模的方法,结合实际案例计算放空参数,根据计算结果分析了输气管道超量放空对管道运行的影响.得出结论:建议放空阀初始开度不高于20%,然后逐步加大放空阀门开度;放空马赫数不超过0.6,防止噪声超标;放空立管基础设计时需考虑放空反力载荷;放空立管需考虑风载产生的弯曲应力,校核低温低应力工况.

Abstract

To study the flow state,noise,venting reaction force,and low-temperature conditions of excessive venting in gas pipelines,and ensure the safety and reliability of venting operations,this paper adopted the OLGA software modeling method and venting parameters were calculated based on actual cases.Based on the calculation results,the impact of excessive venting in gas pipelines on pipeline operation was analyzed.Conclusion was drawn that it is recommended that the initial opening of the vent valve does not exceed 20%,and then the opening of the vent valve is gradually increased.The Mach number does not exceed 0.6 to prevent excessive noise.When designing the foundation of the vent riser,the vent reaction load needs to be considered.The venting riser needs to consider the bending stress generated by wind load and verify the low-temperature and low stress working conditions.
