Modeling Analysis of Velocity Control Units for Detectors in Oil and Gas Pipelines
Because the traveling speed of the detector in the oil and gas pipeline is affected by the mechanical structure and other factors, the detection results can be greatly deviated from the actual working conditions. In order to solve this kind of problem, taking the pipeline magnetic leakage detector model as an example, using the method of combining theory and practice,by designing the detector speed control unit model in oil and gas pipeline and adjusting its running speed in the pipeline, and several simulation tests were carried out on the detector speed control unit model in oil and gas pipeline. The results show that under the same conditions, the maximum speed error between the calculated speed and the detector model speed is not more than 9.1%,which meets the practical requirements.
