在役调速器供油管道X射线数字成像检测

针对抽水蓄能电站在役调速器供油管道存在的 2 种失效破坏形式,考虑到油料介质密度较大,胶片照相技术黑度达不到标准要求,提出利用X射线数字成像检测方法对在役调速器供油管道焊缝制造及服役阶段产生的缺陷进行检测.文中检测采用OR1417 DR成像系统双壁单影透照技术对在役调速器供油管道焊缝进行检测,检测结果表明,油料介质的存在会降低焊缝成像质量,但X射线数字成像检测能够发现焊缝根部内凹缺陷,可以满足检测要求.
X-ray Digital Imaging Inspection of In-service Governor Oil Supply Pipeline
Be aimed at the two failure forms of the in-service oil supply pipeline of the governor of pumped storage power station,taking into account the high density of oil medium and the blackness of film photography technology can not meet the standard requirements,a X-ray digital imaging detection method was proposed to detect the defects of in-service oil supply pipeline weld of the governor in the manufacturing and service stage.This experiment used the OR1417 DR imaging system dual wall single shadow radiographic technology to conduct detection on the welds of in-service governor oil supply pipelines.The detection results show that the presence of oil medium can reduce the weld imaging quality,but the X-ray digital imaging detection method can find the defect of weld root concave defects,which can satisfy the detection requirements.
