ANSYS-based Analysis of Influence of Structural Parameters of Runway-shaped Bellows on Their Stresses
In order to study the influence of the change of structural parameters of runway bellows on its stress distribution,a three-dimensional finite element model of runway bellows was established based on Solidworks platform, and the inherent fre-quency of runway bellows under working condition was obtained through ANSYS finite element simulation, and the stress distribu-tion of runway bellows under different parameters was compared and analyzed to find out the influence of structural parameters on its stress. The results show that the increase of wave distance and wall thickness is inversely proportional to the change of axial stress, and the increase of wave height is positively proportional to the change of axial stress. Therefore, the strength and load-bearing capacity of corrugated pipe can be improved by increasing the wave distance and wall thickness or reducing the wave height, and the research results can provide reference value for the structural optimization design of runway corrugated pipe.
