煤矿开采过程中采空区沉降对输气管道的影响

地下煤矿的开采过程中,土地沉降使上方已建成的输气管道承受额外的载荷,产生一系列安全隐患.为了研究采空区沉降对输气管道的影响规律,文中使用有限元分析软件模拟了沿着管道轴线开采和垂直于管道轴线开采2 种开采方式,分析管道变形以及应力变化情况.结果发现,沿管道轴线方向开采时,管道受到等效应力变化更加稳定.垂直于管道轴线方向开采,能使管道承受最大形变的位置保持不变,便于后期维护.在垂直管道轴线开采时,随着开采宽度增加,管道中间区会从整条管道中的最小受力区域变为最大受力区域.
Impact of Goaf Settlement on Gas Pipelines During Coal Mining
In the process of underground coal mining,the land settlement makes the oil and gas pipelines above bear extra load,resulting in a series of safety hazards.In order to study the influence law of goaf settlement on gas transmission pipeline,the finite element analysis software was used to simulate two mining modes,mining along the pipeline axis and mining perpendi-cular to the pipeline axis,and the deformation and stress changes of the pipeline were analyzed.The results show that the equiva-lent stress changes of the pipeline are more stable when the pipeline is mined along the pipeline axis.Mining perpendicular to the axis of the pipeline can keep the position of the pipeline under maximum deformation unchanged,which is convenient for later maintenance.When the vertical pipeline axis is mined,the middle area of the pipeline can change from the minimum stress area to the maximum stress area with the increase of mining width.
