摘要

针对空管投油注氮与背压控制问题,借助SPS仿真计算软件建立管道油推气计算模型,模拟管道全线恒压注氮和分段注氮2 种工况,比较注氮方式的优劣.分析结果表明:管道分段注氮比全线注氮投产方式节省氮气用量约33%;投油时分段注氮工况放空量低,方便稳压调节;分段注氮降低了油头翻越高点前因克服气阻所产生的非必要能耗,相比全线注氮方式,分段注氮更加安全、经济.研究结果为空管投油注氮作业及背压控制提供依据.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of nitrogen injection and back pressure control during the direct commissioning process,with the aid of SPS simulation calculation software,a calculation model for pipeline oil push gas was established.The advantages and disadvantages of nitrogen injection methods under the two working conditions of constant pressure nitrogen injection across the pipeline and segmented nitrogen injection was simulated.The analysis results show that the segmented nitrogen injection method in the pipeline saves about 33%of nitrogen usage compared to the full line different pressure nitrogen injection method.The seg-mented nitrogen injection during oil injection has a low air release rate,making it convenient for stable pressure regulation.Seg-mented nitrogen injection can reduce unnecessary energy consumption caused by overcoming air resistance before climbing over high points,making it safer and more economical compared to the full line nitrogen injection method.The research results pro-vide a basis for direct commissioning and nitrogen injection operations and back pressure control.
