适用于不同工况的管道运行方案优化研究

为实现在役输油管道的安全、平稳、高效运行,建立了以能耗最低和不安全输送条件最小为优化的目标函数,在多重约束的条件下,通过自适应粒子群算法实现泵状态、加热炉状态、变频器状态、泵转速和加热炉功率等决策变量的求解,并在实际管道上进行了应用分析.结果表明:对于不加热输送管道,优化前后的运行能耗分别为438.88、317.61 元/h,降低了 121.27 元/h;对于加热输送管道,优化前后的运行能耗分别为2 578.07、2 428.01 元/h,降低了 150.06 元/h;对于变频输送管道,优化前后的运行能耗分别为2 578.07、2 375.19 元/h,降低了202.88 元/h.研究结果可为同类管道运行方案的制定和优化提供参考.
Research on Optimization of Pipeline Operation Scheme Under Different Working Conditions
In order to realize the safe,stable and efficient operation of in-service oil pipelines,an objective function opti-mized with the lowest energy consumption and the least unsafe transmission conditions was established.Under the condition of multiple constraints,the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve several decision variables,such as pump state,heating furnace state,inverter state,pump speed and heating furnace power.And the application analysis on the ac-tual pipeline was carried out.The results show that the energy consumption before and after optimization is 438.88 yuan/h and 317.61 yuan/h,respectively,which is reduced by 121.27 yuan/h.For the heating pipeline,the operation energy consumption before and after optimization was 2 578.07 yuan/h and 2 428.01 yuan/h,respectively,which was reduced by 150.06 yuan/h.For the variable frequency transmission pipeline,the operation energy consumption before and after optimization is 2 578.07 yuan/h and 2 375.19 yuan/h,respectively,which is reduced by 202.88 yuan/h.The research results can provide practical reference for the formulation and optimization of similar pipeline operation schemes.
