城镇燃气管道腐蚀检测技术研究进展

摘要
随着燃气管道使用时间的延长,其腐蚀越来越严重,已经影响燃气管道的安全.文中分析了燃气管道腐蚀的影响因素,详细介绍燃气管道腐蚀检测技术的发展现状;研究了目前城镇燃气管道腐蚀检测技术存在的主要问题,并对其优缺点进行了对比总结.研究结果表明:由于检测技术的精度、环境干扰和燃气管道性质等因素限制,各种检测技术都存在技术缺陷.根据城镇燃气实际情况研究新型燃气管道腐蚀检测技术,或在原有的技术基础上进行改进.最后提出了在燃气管道腐蚀检测技术方面的展望.
Abstract
With the extension of the service time of gas pipeline,its corrosion is more and more serious,which has affected the safety of gas pipeline.This paper analyzed the influencing factors of gas pipeline corrosion,introduced the development status of gas pipeline corrosion detection technology in detail.The main problems existing in the current urban gas pipeline corrosion de-tection technology were studied,and its advantages and disadvantages were compared and summarized.The results of the study show that due to the precision of the detection technology,the environmental interference and the nature of the gas pipeline and other factors,a variety of detection technology have technical defects.A new type of gas pipeline corrosion detection technology according to the actual situation of town gas was studied,or improvement was conducted on the basis of the original technology.Finally,the prospect of gas pipeline corrosion detection technology was put forward.
