摘要
文中分析了某站场绝缘接头焊缝泄漏的原因,研究其失效机理.采用宏观分析、无损检测、微观理化性能分析、绝缘电阻检测、电绝缘强度测试等方法对绝缘接头进行了泄漏原因分析,确定了绝缘接头泄漏的成因,为天然气站场安全运行提供了技术支持,为预防类似情况发生提供经验.
Abstract
This article analyzed the reasons for the leakage of insulation joint welds in a certain station,and studied its failure mechanism.The leakage cause of the insulation joint was analyzed using macroscopic analysis,non-destructive testing,microscopic physical and chemical performance analysis,insulation resistance testing,electrical insulation strength testing and other methods,and the cause of the leakage of the insulation joint was determined,providing technical support for the safe opera-tion of natural gas stations and experience for preventing similar situations.
