摘要
根据水凝胶在不同pH溶液中的溶胀程度不同,研制出了一种基于水凝胶溶胀应力的光纤萨格纳克环pH传感器,选择溶胀性能较好的聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶作为传感媒介.在不同pH溶液中,水凝胶溶胀的差异性引起保偏光纤的轴向应力发生变化,使得萨格纳克环的输出光谱发生偏移,通过表征光谱的偏移量实现pH传感.该传感器在pH为2~12的范围内呈线性响应,灵敏度为0.947 nm/pH.实验结果表明,该传感器具有良好的鲁棒性、稳定性和重复性.
Abstract
An optical fiber Sagnac loop pH sensor based on the swelling stress of hydrogel is developed,select-ing polyacrylamide hydrogel with favorable swelling performance as the sensing medium,considering the differen-tial swelling of hydrogel in solutions with varying pH values.The differential swelling of the hydrogel in various pH solutions induces a change in the axial stress of the polarization-maintaining fiber to lead to spectral shifts in the Sa-gnac loop output.By characterizing the spectral shift,pH sensing is achieved.The sensor exhibits a linear response within the pH range of 2 to 12,with a sensitivity of 0.947 nm/pH.Experimental results show that it has good robust-ness,stability and repeatability.
