摘要

碳纤维夹层结构以轻质高强度和耐腐蚀特性广泛应用航空航天领域.提出一种以最优力学响应特性为目标,对碳纤维铺层角度进行设计,利用有限元分析软件进行仿真验证的设计方法.结果表明,文中方法可充分利用碳纤维夹层结构可设计性,为电子产品结构设计提供参考.

Abstract

Carbon fiber sandwich structures are widely used in aviation and aerospace fields due to light-weight,high strength and corrosion-resistance properties.A design method for carbon fiber layup angle,aiming to optimize the mechanical response characteristics,and using FEM software for simulation verification is proposed.Results indicate that the proposed method can fully utilize the designability of carbon fiber sandwich structures to provide references for the structural design of electronic products.
