Research of the Content and Accumulation and Distribution Characteristics of Nutrients in Acrocarpus fraxinifolius Plantations
The contents, accumulation and distribution of five nutrients (N,P,K,Ca and Mg) in 6-yearold Acrocarpusfraxinifolius plantations were studied on Gaofeng forestry farm of Guangxi,China. The results showed that the total biomass storage of plantation ecosystems was 2 524.66 kg/hrn2 and the biomass content in different organs in tree layer of plantation increased in the order of root>stem wood>leaf>branch>stem bark.N was the nutrient element with highest content, followed by K and Ca,Mg and P had the lowest content except in the stem bark. The nutrient storage of 6-year-old A.fraxinifolius plantations was 2 393.24 kg/hm2,mainly in stem wood and branch root, followed by leaves, and then the stem bark.N had the largest accumulation among the five nutrient elements, and the nutrient need of one ton dry matter in A.fraxinifolius plantations was 21.90 kg,suggesting lower nutrient use efficiency of the planatation.
