森林城市综合评价指标体系构建——以广东省 11 个地级市为例

森林城市是推动我国生态文明建设的重要举措,为评价森林城市建设质量和成效,文章以广东省11 个地级市为研究对象,从绿色发展水平、森林质量水平、生态绿地布局、生态福利普惠程度、生态文化影响力5 个方面出发,构建森林城市综合评价指标体系,确定指标权重和分级标准,对广东省森林城市建设进行综合评分.结果表明:广东省森林城市综合评价值为 1.674 6~2.795 0,9 个城市处于Ⅱ级水平,2 个城市处于Ⅲ级水平,其中广州市最高,为 2.795 0,其次为深圳、中山,建设质量整体较高,但与高质量水平仍有一定差距.今后,森林城市建设应进一步加强城市公园和绿道建设,完善自然教育和森林康养设施,提高生态福祉;加大宣传力度,加快产品研发,打造生态名片.
Construction of the Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of Forest Cities——Taking 11 Prefecture-level Cities in Guangdong Province as An Example
Forest city construction plays an important role in promoting the construction of ecological civiliza-tion in China.The evaluation could effectively reflect the quality and effectiveness of this construction.By taking 11 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong province as the research objects,a comprehensive evaluation index system of forest cities was established,and the weight of the index and grading criteria were determined.The comprehen-sive evaluation was conducted from five aspects:green development level,forest quality level,ecological green space layout,universal degree of ecological benefits,and ecological cultural influence.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation values of forest cities in Guangdong province range from 1.674 6 to 2.795 0,with 9 cities at level Ⅱ and 2 cities at level Ⅲ,the highest value in Guangzhou is 2.795 0,followed by Shenzhen and Zhongshan.The overall construction quality is relatively high,but there is still a gap in the high-quality level.In the future,forest city construction should aim to strengthen the construction of urban parks and greenways,improve facilities for nature education and forest recreation,and enhance ecological well-being.It should also increase activity publicity,accelerate product research and development,and create an urban ecological card.
