Transfer Characteristics of Lead from Substrate-to-fungi System at Fruiting Body Level of Stropharia rugoso-annulata
This study aims to investigate the transfer law of lead from the substrate-to-fungi system at the fruiting body level. An exogenous lead gradient addition test was carried out in Stropharia rugoso-annulata,and the total lead content(Pbtotal)and available lead content(Pbavail)in the substrate, and the lead content in the fruiting body were detected. The results indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between to-tal lead concentration and available lead concentration in substrate. With the increase of Pbtotal and Pbavail in the substrate, the lead content in the fruiting body raised first and then fell. The transfer coefficient of lead(TFtotal and TFavail)from the substrate-to-fungi system showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, with the increase of Pbtotal and Pbavail in the substrate. This study revealed the transfer law of lead from the substrate-to-fungi system at the fruiting body level of S.rugoso-annulata under different lead concentrations. The total amount and the available content of heavy metals may be effective indexes to the quality and safety of edible fungi.
