5种杀虫剂对桉树双面姬小蜂幼虫的毒力测定

桉树双面姬小蜂Ophelimus bipolaris是一种新的入侵性害虫,属于膜翅目Hymenoptera姬小蜂科Eulophidae.2021 年首次在中国广州市记录该物种.为探究桉树双面姬小蜂的防治策略,研究筛选了 5种常用杀虫剂进行室内药效评估,包括40%毒死蜱乳油、5%吡虫啉乳油、1.8%阿维菌素乳油、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂和40%三唑磷乳油.试验结果显示,5 种杀虫剂对桉树双面姬小蜂幼虫展现出不同程度的防治效果,40%三唑磷乳油在 40 g·L-1 质量浓度下对桉树双面姬小蜂幼虫的校正致死率最高,达84.48%;相同质量浓度下,1.8%阿维菌素乳油的毒力最强,对幼虫的致死中质量浓度为 0.02 g·L-1.综上,推荐选择阿维菌素用于桉树双面姬小蜂的林间防控.
Toxicity Determination of Five Insecticides on the Larvae of Ophelimus bipolaris
Ophelimus bipolaris is a new invasive pest,belonging to the family Eulophidae in the order Hy-menoptera.In 2021,the insect was documented for the first time in Guangzhou,China.To explore the control methods for O.bipolaris,this study evaluated the efficacy of five insecticides,including 40%chlorpyrifos EC,5%imidacloprid EC,1.8%abamectin EC,10%lambda-cyhalothrin EW,and 40%triazophos EC-under labo-ratory conditions.The results showed that five insecticides showed different degrees of control effect on the lar-vae of O.bipolaris.The corrected mortality rate of 40%triazophos EC at 40 g·L-1 was the highest reaching 84.48%for the larvae.At the same mass volume concentration,1.8%abamectin EC showed the highest toxici-ty,with a median lethal concentration of 0.02 g·L-1 against the larvae.Consequently,abamectin is recom-mended for the prevention and control of O.bipolaris in the forest.
