不同施肥处理对南瓜呼吸速率和壮苗指数的影响

采用L_9(3~4)正交试验方案设计,对不同施肥条件下南瓜有机基质穴盘苗的根系呼吸速率和壮苗指数进行了较系统的研究.结果表明:氮素对南瓜穴盘苗根系呼吸速率和壮苗指数影响显著,施氮后根系呼吸速率和壮苗指数降低;磷钾肥对南瓜穴盘苗的影响较小,施用磷钾肥后穴盘苗的根系呼吸速率在一定条件下受抑制,壮苗指数也表现出一定程度的降低:微肥能显著提高南瓜穴盘苗的根系呼吸速率,但对壮苗指数影响不显著.
Effects of different fertilizer on respiration rate and healthy index of pumpkin
Respiration rate and healthy index of pumpkin plug seedling in different fertilizer application standard was systemic studied by L_9(3~4)orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that the effect for pumpkin plug seedling's respiration rate and healthy index by nitrogen was significant.Respiration rate and healthy index went down after application of nitrogen fertilizer.Respiration rate and healthy index had a certain degree of reduction by phosphorus and potassium.Microelement fertilizer significantly increased root respiration rate,but no significant effect on healthy index of pumpkin plug seedling.
