Determination of 11 organophosphorus pesticide residues in brown rice by Gas Chromatography
A method was developed for detecting eleven organophosphorus pesticides in brown flee. The residues of pesticides were extracted from sampleswith acetonitrile, concentrated and fixed with acetone and detected by gas capillary chromatography with FPD detector. Results showed that the minimum detection limits ranged were 0.004~0.010 mg/kg. When fortified level ranged from 0.02~0.50 mg/kg, the recoveries were found 75.5%~110.1%, with RSD ranged from 1.22% to 5.00% in brown flee. The method was rapid, practical and up to the request of multi-residues determination.
