针对电子/半导体等行业的工业产品缺陷区弱小、难检测问题,研究基于高性能工业相机的高分辨3D 缺陷成像技术;面向种类繁多、形状复杂的缺陷,研究基于深度学习的高精度、高鲁棒性的缺陷检测方法.研究的技术及方法可实现工业产品表面缺陷样本的快速采集、缺陷区域的准确检测及缺陷产品的智能分拣.
Research on Product Defect Detection Technology Based on 3D Vision
To address the issue of small and difficult-to-detect defect areas in industrial products such as those in the electronics and semiconductor industries,this research focuses on high-resolution 3D defect imaging technology based on high-performance industrial cameras.For the wide variety and complex shapes of defects,the study investigates defect detection methods based on deep learning that are both highly accurate and robust.The technologies and methods developed in this research enable the rapid acquisition of industrial product surface defect samples,accurate detection of defect areas,and intelligent sorting of defective products.
