Analysis and Handling of Abnormal Voltage Secondary Circuit in a 500 kV Line Protection System
The voltage circuit is one of the critical circuits in 500 kV line protection systems. This study examines an incident involving the accidental disconnection of the grounding wire in the secondary voltage circuit of a 500 kV line protection system. The analysis covers the principles of the voltage circuit, grounding specifications, and the specific causes of the anomaly, focusing on circuit wiring, grounding points, and the N600 path. The principles behind the abnormal N-line voltage are also explored, along with the steps taken to address the anomaly. Finally, based on the cause analysis, this study summarizes approaches for defect elimination in future work. The findings aim to provide practical guidance for handling anomalies in the secondary voltage circuits of 500 kV line protection systems.
