As the hydropower development in Tibet enters a period of rapid growth,it is essential to properly address the large-scale issue of resettlement.Taking the ZY Hydropower Station project in Tibet as a case study,this paper discusses key aspects of resettlement community planning and design,including regional characteristics,site selection for residential areas,overall planning and layout,land leveling design,transportation infrastructure,water supply engineering,residential space planning,public service facility planning,and landscape greening design.The paper aims to provide valuable references and insights for the resettlement planning of similar hydropower projects in the future.
