摘要

该文依托某长江大桥水下基础检测项目,采用基于多波束三维扫测的水下基础检测方法对桥梁水下基础开展全面检测:采用多波束测深声呐进行河床三维地形扫测;采用多波束三维图像声呐进行桥墩局部冲刷检测;采用双频图像声呐进行桥墩水下外观检测.结果表明:桥址附近河床高程在 5.03~-14.50 m 之间;长江大桥 4#墩-6#墩之间的河床冲刷明显,冲刷最严重区域高程在-14 m左右;5#墩水下基础相较于设计值冲刷深度为 2.32 m;长江大桥桥墩基础存在局部变形、局部缺损等情况;经验证,以上与常规方法检测结果一致.文章采用的检测方法可以获得高精度的三维河床地形图,并精确掌握桥墩局部冲刷及外观病害,为桥梁水下基础的养护及维修工作提供数据支撑,可为其他相关工程实践提供参考.

Abstract

Based on the underwater foundation detection project of a Yangtze River Bridge,this paper uses the underwater foundation detection method based on multi-beam 3 D scanning to carry out a comprehensive detection of the underwater foundation of the bridge:The multi-beam bathymetric sonar is used to scan the three-dimensional terrain of the riverbed;The multi-beam 3 D imaging sonar is used to detect bridge pier foundation erosion;The dual-frequency imaging sonar is used for underwater visual inspection of bridge piers.The results show that the riverbed elevation near the bridge site is between 5.03m and-14.50m;The riverbed between 4#and 6#piers had serious erosion,and the elevation of the most severely eroded area is about-14m;Compared with the design value,the underwater foundation erosion depth of 5#pier is 2.32m;Local deformation,local defect and other conditions exist on the pier foundation of the Yangtze River Bridge;After verification,the above results are consistent with those of conventional methods.The detection method in this paper can obtain high-precision three-dimensional riverbed topographic map,and accurately grasp the local erosion and the appearance disease of bridge piers,providing data support for the maintenance and repair of bridge underwater foundation,and providing reference for other relevant engineering practices.
