基于水资源生态足迹法的佛山市水资源可持续利用评价

Analysis of the Water Resources Sustainable Utilization in Foshan City Based on Ecological Footprint Theory

为定量分析水资源压力大小,研究佛山市水资源可持续利用状况,基于水资源生态足迹及水资源承载力模型,分析佛山市2011-2020年人均水资源生态足迹和水资源生态承载能力的时间变化及空间差异,并用4项水资源可持续利用评价指标进行评价.结果表明:佛山市人均水资源生态足迹、人均水资源生态承载力、万元GDP水资源生态足迹总体呈下降趋势,水资源开发利用整体处于安全状态,但降水量较少时面临的水资源可持续发展压力较大;各区人均水资源生态足迹、人均水资源生态承载力分布差异较大,部分区出现水资源生态赤字,主要与自然环境、产业结构、用水组成、人口密度等有关.建议结合水资源分布与利用状况,大力推进区域协调发展,进一步提高用水效率,以实现水资源可持续利用.
In order to study on the sustainable use of water resources in Foshan,based on the ecological footprint model of water resource,this paper analyzes the per capita water ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity and four evaluating indicators of the water resources sustainable utilization in Foshan from 2011 to 2020.The results show that the per capita water ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity and the ecological footprint of water resources per 10000 yuan GDP in Foshan is decreasing.In most of years,the water resources are in a safe state.When the rainfall turns less,the pressure of the water resources sustainable utilization turns bigger.The distribution of per capita ecological footprint and per capita ecological carrying capacity of water resources varies greatly among different regions.Some districes have a water ecological deficit.It is mainly related with the natural environment,industrial structure,water composition and population density.It is suggested that taking into account the distribution and utilization of water resources,Foshan has vigorously promoted coordinated regional development and further improved water use efficiency to achieve sustainable water use.
