在役工程三支臂弧形工作闸门在建设时期由于事故原因支臂部位变形损坏,后经校正、修复补强后正常运行20余年.该闸门关系到溢洪道的泄洪安全,也与整个工程的安全密切相关,为了分析该闸门的安全性能,结合支臂的加固部位变形情况,对闸门的支臂强度及稳定性进行验算.综合分析结果表明,支臂强度与稳定性均满足规范要求,为类似工程金属结构的维护和检修提供借鉴,同时复核计算也为后续开展实测闸门各构件的应力提供技术基础.
Strength Check and Stability Analysis of Three-arm Arc Gate after Reinforcement Based on ANSYS
During the construction of the three-arm arc-shaped working gate in service,the supporting arm was deformed and damaged due to accidents,After correction,repair and reinforcement,it has operated normally for more than 20 years.The gate is related to the safety of the spillway and the safety of the whole project.In order to analyze the safety performance of the gate,combined with the deformation of the reinforcement part of the support arm,the strength and stability of the support arm of the gate are checked and calculated.The comprehensive analysis results show that the strength and stability of the arm meet the specification requirements.It provides reference for the maintenance and overhaul of similar engineering metal structures,and also provides technical basis for the follow-up measurement of the stress of each component of the gate.
