某深埋TBM引水隧洞堵水灌浆施工研究

针对深埋TBM隧洞因突涌水导致的工期延误问题,提出针对不同出水量的堵水灌浆治理措施.方案首先根据出水量在突涌水区域设立纵向和环向阻水帷幕,防止地下水通过出水裂隙向灌浆区段以外延伸和扩散.在纵向和环向阻水帷幕封堵范围内,对无水和小水区域进行浅层封堵,形成一定岩盘厚度的灌浆封堵区.对大流量出水点区域,布置深层加固孔,防止地下水封堵阶段突涌水通过深层发育的裂隙向周边扩散,增加封堵难度.该方法已在工程中多次应用,通过堵水灌浆施工前后出水量对比进行工程效果评估.结果表明该方案具备良好的堵水效果,研究成果能为相近TBM隧洞工程堵水灌浆提供参考.
In response to the delay in construction period caused by sudden water influx in deep buried TBM tunnels,this article proposes water blocking grouting treatment measures for different water output volumes.The plan first sets up longitudinal and circumferential water blocking curtains in the sudden water inflow area based on the water output,to prevent groundwater from extending and diffusing beyond the grouting section through the outlet cracks.Within the vertical and circumferential water blocking curtain sealing range,shallow sealing is carried out on areas without water and with small water,forming a grouting sealing area with a certain rock thickness.For areas with high water flow points,deep reinforcement holes should be arranged to prevent sudden water influx during the groundwater sealing stage from spreading to the surrounding areas through deep developed cracks,increasing the difficulty of sealing and cultivation.This method has been applied multiple times in engineering,and the engineering effect is evaluated by comparing the water output before and after water blocking grouting construction.The results indicate that the scheme has good water blocking effect,and the research results can provide reference for water blocking grouting in similar TBM tunnel projects.
