超深地下连续墙的成槽质量管理是难点,深圳市前海-南山排水深隧系统工程采用超深地下连续墙施工,充分考虑施工环境与施工工艺的匹配性,选用适合岩层成槽的旋挖钻机+双轮铣进行成槽,同时从泥浆控制、施工措施、垂直度控制、加强监测等进行综合控制,总结形成了一套适用于复杂地层和地下水丰富地区的超深地连墙成槽施工的关键技术,研究成果可为超深地下连续墙成槽施工提供技术参考.
The quality management of ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall is difficult,Shenzhen Qianhai-Nanshan drainage deep tunnel system project adopts ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall construction,fully considers the matching of construction environment and construction technology,and selects rotary drilling rig+double-wheel milling suitable for rock formation groove slotting,and at the same time from mud control,construction measures,verticality control,A set of key technologies suitable for the construction of ultra-deep diaphragm walls in complex strata and areas with abundant groundwater have been summarized and formed,and the research results can provide technical reference for the construction of ultra-deep diaphragm walls.
