珠江三角洲水资源配置工程A2、A3标段DN4800内衬钢管制造安装工程量约7万t,内衬钢管外壁每间隔1.2 m设两道加劲环,加劲环与钢管对接焊缝采双面满焊,焊接工程量大,依托目前采用的单丝埋弧焊焊接工艺为比较对象,结合大直径钢管加劲环的结构分布、焊缝要求开展研究,通过设备的集成化、自动化,使单个焊接人员能实现双面及两道加劲环同时焊接,在满足焊角尺寸及质量的情况下,每12 m标准管段加劲环角焊缝焊接完成时间不超过8 h,达到高效焊接的目的.
The manufacturing and installation of DN4800 lined steel pipes in A2 and A3 bid sections of the Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project amounts to about 70,000 tons.The lining steel pipe walls are equipped with multi-channel stiffeners at every 1.2m interval,and the butt weld between the stiffeners and the steel pipes adopts double-sided full welding,which requires a large amount of welding engineering.Relying on the currently adopted single wire submerged arc welding process as the comparison object,combined with the structural distribution and weld requirements of large diameter steel pipe stiffeners,the study is carried out through the integration and automation of equipment,so that a single welding personnel can realize the simultaneous welding of double-sided and tow-channel stiffeners.In the case of meeting the welding angle size and quality,the welding completion time of each 12m standard pipe stiffener corner weld is no more than 8 hours,achieving the purpose of efficient welding.
