太仓市供排水数字孪生系统建设研究与实践

太仓市作为江苏省创新型示范城市,紧跟水利部数字孪生流域建设步伐,充分利用已有水利水务信息化基础,结合实际业务需求,构建总体框架为"1+1+2"的供排水数字孪生系统,采用"点面结合"的建设思路,面层级建设覆盖太仓市全域的6个应用,点层级建设1个小范围区域的应用示范,打造太仓市供排水数字孪生新高地,提升了供排水系统规划、建设、维护和管理工作的科学决策水平,可为区域供排平衡分析和"四预"应用落地提供参考.
As an innovative demonstration county in Jiangsu Province,Taicang followed closely the pace of the Ministry of Water Resources in digital twin basin construction,maked full use of the existing informatization foundation in water conservancy and water affairs,and combined the actual business needs to build an digital twin system for water supply and drainage with the overall construction framework of"1+1+2".The construction approach of"point-surface integration"was adopted to build six applications covering the whole area of Taicang at the surface level,and one application demonstration in a small area at the point level.The digital twin system for water supply and drainage in Taicang established a new highland of the digital twin for water supply and drainage,improved the scientific decision-making level of the planning,construction,maintenance and management of the water supply and drainage system,and provided a case reference for the balance analysis of regional supply and drainage and the application of"forecast,early warning,rehearsal,contingency plan".
