数字化转型、创新发展与制造业价值链高质量发展

创新驱动发展战略背景下,企业数字化转型对制造业价值链高质量发展具有重要意义.采用2007-2021年沪深A股制造业上市企业数据,从价值链上游度即"强链"和价值链长度即"延链"双重视角,探析企业数字化转型对制造业价值链高质量发展的影响效果、作用机制与异质性特征.研究结果表明:企业数字化转型从"强链"和"延链"两方面推动了制造业价值链高质量发展,且该结论通过了稳健性检验.作用机制检验表明,企业创新发展在此过程中具有显著的正向传导作用.异质性分析表明,在非国有制企业、技术密集型行业、劳动密集型行业和创新引领型城市,企业数字化转型通过"强链"和"延链"推动制造业价值链高质量发展的效果更为显著.为此,在城市层面应健全数字化转型治理体系,在行业层面应加快"新基建"建设进程,促进数字化均衡发展,在企业层面应鼓励以强带弱、协同发展,为企业数字化转型提速增质.
In the context of innovation-driven development strategy,the digital transformation of enterpri-ses is of great significance to the high-quality development of the manufacturing value chain.Using the data of manufacturing listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2007 to 2021,this paper conducts theoretical analysis and empirical testing to analyze the direct impact of digital transformation on the high-quality development of the manufacturing value chain,the indirect mechanism of innovation-driven development,and the multi-level heterogeneity from double perspectives of"strengthening chain"and"extending chain".The results indicate that digital transformation of enterprises can promote high-quality development of the manufacturing value chain in both"strengthening chain"and"extending chain".And this conclusion has not changed after a series of robustness tests.The mechanism test indicates that the inno-vation-driven development of enterprises has a significant positive transmission effect in promoting high-quali-ty development of the manufacturing value chain.The heterogeneity analysis at the micro,medium and mac-ro levels indicates that in non-state-owned enterprises,technology-intensive industries,labor-intensive in-dustries and innovation-leading cities,the digital transformation of enterprises has a more remarkable effect in promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing value chain by"strengthening chain"and"extending chain".Therefore,at the macro level of cities,efforts should be made to develop the urban gov-ernance system of digital transformation.At the meso level,"new infrastructure construction"in industries should be boosted so as to promote balanced digital development in industries.At the micro level,leading enterprises are encouraged to lead the laggards and to collaborate with them for coordinated development,im-proving quality and raising efficiency of corporate digital transformation.
